Solar's manufacturing and development facilities give Solar Plastics, Inc. flexibility in manufacturing. Our plants are equipped with Rotational molding machines that can make parts in size from 1 to 10 feet in diameter. Each of our facilities has an experienced and knowledgeable production and manufacturing engineering staff to maintain quality.

Our facilities feature the capabilities of Five Axis routers. These computer numerical controlled (CNC) machines allow us to mill precision features into each part as required by our customers. This eliminates pre-installation trimming and cutting so your parts are ready to assemble upon delivery. One of the keys to getting high quality parts is the use of Rotolog technology to precisely develop the rotational plastic molding process.

Our newest molding machines use the latest Rotocure computers that are fully integrated to assure that each part we produce for you meets your specifications.
